How do I book a visit?
Use the form on this page or call us: +48 570 460 270 (Nowa Huta) or +48 575 181 919 (Prądnik Czerwony). We'll call you back to confirm the date.
Can I come without an appointment?
Small jobs such as replacing a bulb or reading fault codes can often be done on the spot. Larger repairs need an appointment so we can reserve a bay and get the parts in for you.
How much does a repair cost, and will I know in advance?
Labour prices for standard jobs are in our price list. For repairs, you get a quote and approve the scope before any work starts. Computer diagnostics is charged according to the price list; the repair quote itself is free.
What warranty do you give on repairs?
24 months on repairs and on the parts we fit.
Which makes do you service?
We specialise in the VAG group: Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda and SEAT, including models from 2020 onwards. We also service other makes.
What are your opening hours?
Both workshops are open Monday to Friday 8:00 AM–10:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM–6:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
