4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use necessary cookies for the website. With your prior GDPR/PKE consent, we use analytics cookies (PostHog, Sentry) for traffic, performance, and error measurement, and marketing cookies (Meta Pixel) to measure advertising effectiveness. We also use cookieless aggregate measurement (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights), which stores nothing on your device and does not identify you. Our consent banner lets you accept, reject, customise, or later change consent. Non-essential cookies are blocked until consent

Hosting, email, form, CRM, IT, analytics, advertising, and error-monitoring providers. Processors act under GDPR data processing agreements

We mainly use EU providers. If data goes outside the EEA (e.g. Vercel, Sentry, or Meta in the United States), we rely on European Commission adequacy decisions or SCCs; contact us for safeguard details

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, or consent withdrawal at contact@smotors.pl; we usually respond within one month. Form data is voluntary but needed to handle bookings and replies. We do not use legally significant automated decisions or profiling. You may complain to the President of UODO (ul. We use appropriate safeguards, including TLS, access controls, backups, and need-to-know access
